In today’s blog post, we’re throwing the spotlight on to eMagazines. We’ll introduce you to our collection and Andrew has picked out some suggestions of titles you really shouldn’t miss.
As a member of Warwickshire Libraries, you can access a wide variety of eMagazines in our Digital eLibrary. Whether you are looking for gardening inspiration, catching up with the latest film news, wanting to read about history, music, the latest celebrity news or are looking for digital guidance, there’s likely an eMagazine for you.
We have two providers of eMagazines – RBdigital and PressReader and today, we’re going to focus on RBdigital. Now is the time to sit back and read a magazine. You’ll find forty plus popular titles to choose from in our RBdigital collection. Everything from BBC Good Food Magazine, Hello and Vogue to Auto Express, National Geographic, New Scientist and more! You’ll find the link to access the collection so that you can get started here.
It’s easy to use RBdigital eMagazines. Firstly, you’ll need to download the ‘RBdigital’ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to your PC, phone or tablet. Next, register with your library card and email address. You will then be taken to our collection of popular titles which you can download, enabling you to read them offline at your leisure.
After downloading a title, you’re able to keep it on your device and if you want to read a specific title every month, you can sign up for an email notification letting you know when a new issue is published and available.
